HTC presents a PDA phone UMPC under Windows Vista

HTC presents the new PDA phone/UMPC at the CTIA in USA,their last innovation baptized mobility “Shift�. Halfway between the PDA and the UMPC (Ultra Mobile PC), the “Shift� is a compact computer equipped with Windows Vista Business, and the screen LCD 7 inches (broad format), memory of 1 Go DDR2, 128 Mo of ROMANIAN and hard disk de30 Go.

The “shift� is actually an evolution of X7500 Advantage, it thus proposes a connectivity 3G/WiFi 802.11g and Bluetooth 2.0. This product proposes also an integrated webcam (1,2 megapixels), a sensor for the fingerprints, a port USB, an exit VGA and a card reader memories SD. The animal measures 19 X 13,5 X 3cm is approximately the size of two cases of DVD. HTC unfortunately did not communicate other details for the moment. It is known simply that the product should make its appearance in the European trade as from the 3Q of 2007.
