Sony Vaio VGN-AR73DB and VGN-AR53DB Notebook
Sony officially released its two new Vaio Type A notebook, VGN-AR73DB and VGN-AR53DB, will be available in Japan starting from June 23rd with an expected sale price of 280,000 Yen to 400,000 Yen. Let’s we see the VGN-AR73DB first… 17-inch WUXGA (resolution 1,920×1,200 pixels) display sports an Intel Core 2 Duo T7300 (2GHz) processor, 240 GB(120GB×2) hard drive, I GB of RAM (upgradeable to 2GB), NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT graphics engine and Blue-Ray drive. Moreover, built-in with digital TV Tuner including remote also support a wide-range of connectivity options, including 802.11a/b/g WiFI, Bluetooth2.0+EDR, USB 2.0×3, IEEE 1394 (4 pins), ExpressCard/54 slot, Gigabit Ethernet, expansion microSD card slot, FeliCa port, HDMI port, mini-D-Sub15 and S/PDIF. And the second is VGN-AR53DB… This 17-inch WUXGA display boasts an Intel Core 2 Duo T7100 processor, 200GB of hard drive, 1 GB to 2 GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GT graphics set not include with Blue-Ray drive and HDMI port. Others specification equals with the VGN-AR73DB models. Its measures 416×299.5×33.5~41.5mm and weighs 3.8kg for AR53DB and 3.9 for AR73DB.
