RIM Release BlackBerry 8820 Smartphone
“Blackberry 8820″ is a new first Wi-Fi smartphone by RIM (Research In Motion) that has announced on the last week. According to the sources, this new device has approved by FCC and would be available at AT&T in the end of this summer. This Quad-Band GSM/GPRS/EDGE networks handset comes with a standard form factor and sports a QVGA screen with resolution 320 x 240 pixels, QWERTY-keyboard as well as UMA technology (Unlicensed Mobile Access) for VoIP service. There’s also integrated a Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g, media-player, GPS receiver, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP/AVRCP support and expansion microSD cards slot allowing the users to insert the cards with 32 GB storage capacity. Nice phone, isn’t it?
