Gigabyte Unveils M704 UMPC
Gigabyte reveals its M704 Ultra-Mobile PC. Sporting a sleeker and sexier design, The brand new of Gigabyte’s UMPC packed a VIA Esther ULV C7-M (1.2GHz, 400/800MHz, 128KB/128KB L2) &l CPU, a 1.8-inch hard drive with storage capacity of 40 or 60GB, VIA VX-700 UniChrome Pro Core Chipset, DDR2 533 768MB memory, 7-inch WVGA 1024×768 LED-backlit touch-screen, slide-out QWERTY keyboard and multi-card reader. Other features that packs on the M704 included USB 2.0 x2, VGA output, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g and Li-Ion battery that provides up to 3-hours used before recharge. It’s measures 190 x 121 x 30mm and weighs 780 grams. No words on pricing and availability though.
