Toshiba Qosmio G40/97E Laptop

“Qosmio G40/97E” is the new Toshiba’s worlds first high-end portable computer that loads HD DVD-RW drive. This 17-inch notebook pc display is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 (2.2GHz) processor, 2GB of RAM (expandable up to 4GB), 400GB of hard drive (@ 200GB), Intel PM965 Express chip set, GeForce 8600M GT graphics card with 256MB of VRAM and integrated with digital TV tuner x2 and 1.9 megapixel webcam. The screen itself boasts a resolution of 1,920×1,200 (WUXGA). Measuring 440×299.4×38.1 – 45.3 mm and weight 4.8kg, The G40 also supports a wide range of connectivity, including USB 2.0 x5, HDMI output, D-Sub15 pin, S/PDIF output, 56k modem, Gigabit Ethernet, IEEE 802.11a/b/g wireless LAN and FeliCa port. The battery provides up to 3.2 hours of run time. It’ll will be available from December 21st at an MSRP of 40 ten thousand Yen.
