Fujitsu Unveils LiFeBook FMV-R8250 Laptop

Fujitsu is going to release new LiFeBook FMV-R8250 Notebook PCs starting from later of this month. Set to be available as BTO (Build-To-Order), This 12.1-inch WXGA laptop features Core 2 Duo SL7100 (1.20GHz) processor, 1GB of RAM, Intel GS965 Express chip set (video functional built-in), 80GB of hard driver and DVD super-multi burner. The screen itself boasts a resolution of 1,280×800.

In addition, for connectivity, the R8250 is equipped Type2 PC card slot and SD card slot, USB 2.0 ×3, IEEE 1394, mini- D-Sub15 pin, Gigabit Ethernet, 56K modem and voice input/output. It’s pre-loaded with Windows Vista Business and integrated with biometric fingerprint reader for enhanced data security. The battery offers up to 7.5 hours of drive time. Anyway, the sample configuration lists out at ¥278,250.
