Toshiba is going to release new Penryn-support notebook PC starting from next week, the “Qosmio G40/98E”. Price is set to 43 ten thousand Yen. Measures 440×299.4×38.1 – 45.3mm and weight 4.8kg, this notebook PC sports up to 4GB of RAM, 400GB of hard drive, NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT chipset, HD DVD-RW burner, and Core 2 Duo T9300 (2.5GHz) processor. Additionally, it also has 17-inch wide Clear SuperView display which boasts a resolution of 1,920×1,200 (WUXGA) and loads dual TV tuner, make this big laptop could be an interesting desktop replacement or a media center PC.
