Pioneer NavGate 500 Will Hit European Market In May
Pioneer expect to launch its NavGate 500 GPS Navigation in European market, starting from May and retail for €699. This satnav device features a large 5.8-inch WVGA (800 x 480) display, SD card slot, a hands free Bluetooth kit from Parrot, SiRF Star III GPS chip and runs at 600MHz processor. Moreover, it also has integrated with voice commands and RDS-TMC Traffic Receiver gets traffic information on the go, to your GO. For the one-off cost of the receiver you can get traffic updates and let your GO reroute you around congestion. The NavGate 500 is powered SiRF Star III GPS receiver and pre-load with maps of 30 European countries including Greece, Poland, Czech republic, Slovenia, Croatia, Slovakia, Romania and Turkey from TeleAtlas.
