Sharp and Willcom has teamed up to release their Atom-based UMPC, the D4 a.k.a WSO16H. Measures 84×188x25.9mm and weighs 470 grams, the Ultra-Mobile PC houses a 5â€? touch-screen (1024×600-pixel resolution) display with LED Backlight, full keyboard with PHS support, 1GB of main memory, 40GB of hard drive, Centrino Atom Z520 (1.33GHz) CPU, WiFi b/g and Bluetooth 2.0 EDR connectivity, MicroSD memory card slot, and 2 megapixel camera. It is runs under Windows Vista Home Premium. The price on this device seems to be aggressive and attractive.
