BenQ MID UMPC Specs Revealed
BenQ has just revealed the specification of its MID Ultra-Mobile PC. The device uses an Intel Atom 800MHz processor, combine with a 512MB of RAM and 4GB SSD hard drive. It features slide out QWERTY keyboard, HSPDA network capability, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, voice activation, an optional GPS, “G-Senser” for “direct touch and free movement to surf on internet, and looks like two right buttons is a dpad and a select button, as you can see on the picture above. There is no word on pricing and availability though.
