Announced yesterday, the new Via OpenBook Mini-note comes with a 8.9-inch WVGA display at 1024 x 600-pixel resolution, up to 2GB of RAM, 80GB HDD, VIA’s C7-M ULV processor, VIA VX800 Digital Media IGP Chipset, 2 megapixel cam, 4-in-1 card reader, three USB port, VIA Chrome9 DirectX 9.0 3D graphics. As for internet connectivity options, it is loads either Bluetooth, WiFi, and A-GPS module or WiMAX, HSDPA, and EV-DO/W-CDMA. It’s used 4-cell 2600mA Li-Ion battery that offers up to 3-hours of battery life.
