Canon extends its lineage of G-series DSLR cameras with the release new PowerShot G10, featuring Canon’s latest technologies, including a long-anticipated 28 mm wide-angle lens with 5x optical zoom, optical Image Stabilizer and RAW mode, 14.7 megapixels CCD sensor, 3-inch Pure Color LCD II screen, and DIGIC IV imaging processor, making it a good choice for amateur shooters and professional photographers. This flagship PowerShot sub-DSLR model also has i-Contrast boosts brightness and retains detail in dark areas, Dedicated Exposure Compensation and ISO dials, and supports 26 shooting modes with manual control and custom settings. The G10 expect to available from next month at an MSRP of $499.99.
