JVC-Victor DR-BX500 HDD Built-in Blue-Ray Disk Recorder
JVC-Victor is going to release its new DR-BX500 Blu-Ray Recorder in Japan, starting from the end of November at an MSRP of ¥181,687. It features a built-in 500GB of hard drive and can record hours (approx. 8 hours) of digital Hi-Vision broadcast programming received to MPEG-4 AVC encoder using the terrestrial/BS/CS110° digital tuner and an analog TV tuner onto the hard drive with exactly the same high-definition image quality as the original Hi-Vision picture. Other features include microSD card slot, HDMI , S-Video and Digital output for connectivity options.
