Fujitsu Siemens Intros Esprimo 7935 ‘zero-watt’ Green PC

Fujitsu Siemens have a plan to release its new Esprimo 7935 ‘zero-watt’ Green PC by mid of 2009 which claim to achieves zero electric-power consumption when powered is off without pulling the plug. These days most of PC consumption when powered off is typically between 1 watt and 4 watts, and with the Esprimo 7935, the companies have make a system to solved this problem by allowing the machines to be awake and consuming a very small amount of power during a predefined time-slot during which updates can take place. The PC itself have comes with a power adapter that’s 89 percent efficient and conforms to EPA’s new Energy Star 5.0 standard. It”ll will cost around €600 or €700.
