Samsung have a couple new of full-touch screen mobile phones for European market — the S5600 and the S5230. The former boasts a HSDPA 3G connectivity for up to 7.2 Mbps of download speed, a 2.8-inch QVGA full-touch screen with TouchWiz User Interface, 80MB of internal memory and Micro SD slot up to 8GB, 12.9mm thick, 3 megapixel camera with a ‘Smile Shot’ scene mode which uses face detection technology to tell when your subject is smiling, Bluetooth 2.1 and FM radio, Gesture Lock, and music recognition using Shazam’s “Find Music” service which enables users to find virtually any song they want to listen to, even at an unexpected moment, while the latter boasts a 3 mega-pixel camera with QVGA video recording capability at 15 fps, 11.9mm thick, supports multi-format and DNSe for ease of use and better sound quality, music recognition using Shazam’s “Find Music” service, 50MB memory capacity with an external memory slot up to 8GB, a 3-inch WQVGA full-touch screen with Samsung’s TouchWiz User Interface plus Mobile Widgets, QWERTY soft keyboard, ‘Photo Contact’ that allows users to call a contact by simply touching an appointed image, and Internet browsing with an accelerometer sensor for auto-rotation.

Both of handset also support multimedia features that enable its users to enjoy unique mobile experiences and “Gesture Lock” and handwriting features. Regarding availability, Samsung says the S5600 will be out in European countries from May, while the S5230 will be available in France and other European countries from April.
