Samsung Series 6000 And 8000 LED HDTV Announced
Samsung has recently launched its Series 6000, and 8000 LED HDTVs, to accompany the Samsung’s Series 7000 and 7100 which already available in the market. Regarding features, the 6000 boasts a Touch of Color design with Rose accents and crystal neck swivel stand which already found on the Series 7000, including an Auto Motion Plus 120Hz refresh rate and speed of response at 4ms, while the Series 8000 boasts 240Hz refresh rate, and 2ms response time. Both of models also has Full HD 1080p resolution support, a built-in ATSC/Clear QAM digital tuner, SRS TruSurround HD, stereo speakers, and four HDMI connectors.

Having recently seen one of Samsungs new LED tv’s in action i was very impressed. The picture quality is exceptional with vivid sharp colours, and packed full of features like twitter widgets! With really high contrast ratio’s and low energy consumption i definately think that LED backlights are the way forward for LCD TV’s!
