LaCie have came up with its two new wireless HD media players for user’s home network multimedia experience — the LaCinema Black PLAY and the LaCinema Black RECORD. Available in either 500MB or 1TB storage capacities, the device can decode 1080p HD movies, upscale standard definition content to 1080i resolution, and supports video codecs comprise of MPEG-1, MPEG-2/HD, MPEG-4, DivX, XVID, H.264 HD and WMV9 HD. As for connectivity options include HDMI output, composite, component and USB ports, allows you to hook up external drives. The LaCinema Black PLAY and RECORD drives are available now, with prices starting at $430.
