HP Pavilion dv6 Artist Edition notebook Unveiled

HP has just introduced its new HP’s Pavilion dv6 Artist Edition notebook PC, boasting sea and sky-themed that inspired by the Okinawa sea and sky, and painted by the young Japanese designer Hisako Sakihama who become the winner of 2008 “Engine Room” HP MTV Notebook Design Contest. As a notebook, the Pavilion dv6 gets a 15.6-inch HD 16:9 display with “Flush Glass”, an AMD’s Turion X2 dual core processor, a maximum 8GB RAM, up to 500GB of HDD, a DVD SuperMulti burner or a Blu-ray combo, and ATI graphics cards (either Radeon HD 3200, Mobility Radeon HD 4530 512MB, or Mobility Radeon HD 4650 1GB) for convenient gaming capability. Moreover, the notebook also loads webcam, WiFi, Bluetooth, optional V740 ExpressCard WWAN card, and a 5-in-1 card reader. The HP Pavilion dv6z Artist Edition will be available in the UK from August and the price will start from $949 upwards.
