The BMW Motorrad Navigator IV is a new GPS navigation system from Garmin and BMW Motorrad, which have specially design for motorcycles based-on Garmin’s zūmo 660.  Besides offering Garmin’s navigation technology, the BMW Motorrad Navigation IV also features BMW’s customized mount, pre-loaded BMW dealer database, unique audio and Bluetooth handling capabilities. The mount and GPS device are vibration-tested, waterproof (IPX-7), and designed to withstand fuel sprays and UV rays. As an additional features include a 4.3″ glove friendly touch screen, millions of POIs, and turn-by-turn, voice-prompted directions to the final destination, and A2DP Bluetooth wireless capability allows you to receive calls hands-free with your compatible phone; incoming calls are automatically routed to your earpiece when you accept them. You won’t be able to make outgoing calls while your bike is in motion for safety reasons, but you can just tap the screen and talk after you’ve pulled over without removing your helmet or gloves. No Clue how much the device should cost, but BMW Motorrad Navigator IV is officially expected to be available third quarter of this year from authorized BMW Motorrad retailers in North America and Europe.
