Samsung XL2370 Full HD LCD Monitor Available Worldwide In August
Samsung Electronics has recently introduced the Samsung XL2370, a new LED monitor that incorporating cutting-edge technology and a finger-slim design, similar with the 0.65-inch depth of the P2370L. This 23-inch LED backlit display is a members Samsung’s “Touch of Color” lineup boasts a dynamic contrast ratio (5M:1), 2ms (GTG) response, and Full HD 1080p resolution (1920×1080). Other features include Mega DCR, reduced power consumption, VOC-free crystal-like bezel frame to help reduce glare, and Starlight Touch Controls. No idea on pricing, but we have an idea that the Samsung XL2370 will be available in Korea in mid July, and ready to be shipped to European countries and other parts of the world from August.

No, it should still read LCD because that is the panel technology that is used in this display. The LEDs are merely the technology that is used for the backlights of the display.
