Nissan Leaf 2010 Electric Car unveiled

Nissan Motor has recently unveiled LEAF, its first fully electric-powered cars, which produce zero carbon emissions. The family-sized car is designed as a four-to-five seat, front-drive C-segment hatchback and has a maximum range of 100 miles with a top speed of about 90mph. The LEAF is powered by laminated Li-Ion battery, which generate 90 kW of power, and the Leaf’s front-mounted electric motor delivers 80 kW (107 horsepower) and a healthy 280 Nm of torque (208 pound-feet). The Nissan LEAF is going to be sold on 2010 globally.
