Sony Cyber-shot DSC-TX1 And DSC-WX1 Digital Camera With Exmor R CMOS Sensor Technology

Sony pins its hopes on a couple of new slim and stylish digital camera — the Cyber-shot DSC-TX1 and the Cyber-shot DSC-WX1. The former will features 10.2 Megapixel CCD sensor, 5x zoom Sony G lens with 24mm wide angle, and a 2.7-inch LCD display, while the latter gets 10.2 Megapixel sensor, a 4x zoom Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens, a 3-inch Clear Photo LCD Plus display. Both of cameras is able to take up to 185 and 256-degree panorama shots respectively in one easy press-and-sweep motion with an image size of 7152 x 1080 (ultra wide horizontal) and incorporating Sony’s new “Exmor R” back illuminated CMOS sensor technology to improve shooting in low-light scenarios, enhancing image clarity and drastically reducing grain. The high-speed Bionz image processing engine also included on these Cyber-Shot cameras, thus allowing you to capture pictures at lightning speed. Other features include SteadyShot Optical image stabilization, Intelligent Auto (iAuto) mode, Face Detection, ISO 3200, Dynamic Range Optimizer, and can records 720p HD video in MPEG4 format. The Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-TX1 will be available this September for $379.99, while the DSC-WX1 in October for $350.
