General Imaging G3WP Waterproof Digital Camera
General Imaging has just announced its first waterproof digital camera, known as the G3WP. The camera sports a 12.2-megapixel CCD sensor, a 4x optical zoom, a 4.5x digital zoom, a built-in 116MB internal memory, a 2.7-inch LCD screen, and SDHC cards slot with support up to 8GB in capacity. The G3WP can operate at depths of up nearly 10 feet, thanks to its case. As an additional features include PictBridge connectivity, smile, face and blink detection capability, image stabilization and automatic red eye reduction. The G3WP will be available from middle of October onwards for $200 with three flavors – blue, grey and red colors.
