Dell Precision M6500 Mobile Workstation Unveiled
The Dell’s Precision M6500 is designed to be an efficient portable workstation for the mobile professional. Announced recently, the Precision M6500 is the first mobile workstation that packs an Intel’s Core i7 with the NVIDIA Quadro FX 3800M Graphics option. It is powered by an either Core i7 or Core i7 Extreme Edition processors, a maximum 16GB DDR3 RAM, up to three 500GB hard drive or 256GB SSD, DVD Burner and optional Blu-ray drive. Other graphics option include 1GB ATI FirePro M7740, 1GB NVIDIA Quadro FX 2800M, or 1GB Quadro FX 3800M graphics cards. There also a 17-inch LED-backlit display, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS as well as HSPA/EVDO 3G network for connectivity options. Other features iclude 8-in-1 card reader, built-in speakers, webcam, optional fingerprint scanner, optional smartcard reader, and optional Full HD screen. OS is Windows 7. The Precision M6500 is pre-installed with Windows 7 OS and the price will starts at $2,749, upwards.
